AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By registering for or participating in Infinity Games Karachi 2025 (“Event”), you (“Participant”, “Team”, “Sponsor”, or “Visitor”) agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions set forth by Skylink Group (“Organizer”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to all event attendees, participants, sponsors, partners, and volunteers. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from registering or attending the Event.

ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

• Participants must be 16 years or older. Corporate teams must be officially nominated by their organizations.
• Universities, corporates, associations, and political/social groups may register through official channels provided by the Organizer.
• Registration will only be confirmed once the required documents, team details, and payments are received.

EVENT PARTICIPATION

• All participants must follow the rules of fair play, respect, and discipline as outlined by the Event marshals and referees.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual or team found violating the code of conduct, engaging in misconduct, or creating security risks.
• The Event schedule, games, or venues may be modified without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

SPONSORSHIP & PARTNERSHIP

• Sponsors and partners must comply with branding, activation, and promotional guidelines shared by the Organizer.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or revoke sponsorships or partnerships that conflict with the Event’s values or create reputational risks.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

• All registration and sponsorship fees must be paid in full before the Event.
• Fees are non-refundable once registration or sponsorship is confirmed.

MEDIA & CONTENT RIGHTS

• By attending, you grant the Organizer permission to capture, use, and publish photos, videos, and interviews for promotional, digital, and broadcast purposes.
• No third-party commercial recording or broadcasting is allowed without prior written approval.

SAFETY & LIABILITY

• The Organizer will take all reasonable safety measures; however, participants attend at their own risk.
• The Organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss of belongings, or damages occurring during the Event.
• Medical assistance will be available on-site, but participants are encouraged to carry personal health information and insurance.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Use of offensive language, harassment, or violence.
• Political campaigning or distribution of unrelated promotional materials without approval.
• Bringing prohibited items such as weapons, drugs, or alcohol into the Event premises.
• Unauthorized commercial activities within the Event area.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi.

CHANGES TO TERMS

• The Organizer may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be shared via official communication channels.
